1. “Tap into”: I think you asked me the meaning of this phrasal verb. It means “to exploit or manage in a good way.” Trump wants to tap into public anger about job losses and a recession.

2. It sounded like you said, “Cyprus has completely restricted any movements of people. It was entered from 6 days ago.” You should have used “entered into” instead of “entered”. “Enter into” means something was started (for example, parties can enter into negotiations or a settlement.) It is another phrasal verb!
